Great experience with Procure. The team were easy to deal with, turned up when they said they would, and did a really tidy job. Tom & Jack was friendly and helpful, would happily recommend them to anyone needing damp work done.

We were struggling with moisture problems in our flat for a number of years. I gave Procure a ring and spoke to Cassie who was very helpful and booked me in the same week for a survey. The surveyor was very informative and had sent me the full report which included all the problems as well as the solutions for these problems along with a quote for them to do the work. A week later Procure came back to my flat to carry out all the work. I would highly recommend Procure and can’t thank them enough for resolving the issue we had struggled years with in such a short time frame.

From the beginning of the process, Callum (the owner), his office staff and all involved have been courteous, professional and diligent in all communication & contact. We were buying a new house with multiple damp issues. Callum surveyed and advised the best course of action, even recommending cheaper options of repair, where more costly alternatives could easily have been offered. The two days he was on site along with his brother, were very easy. Both were very friendly, polite and most importantly diligent in their work. You could see they took pride in the quality of what they did, going above and beyond what was quoted for, leaving the place as clean as possible behind them. From survey to completion I can't recommend this company highly enough. Callum came out to do the initial survey and his quote was very reasonable so we went with it. On time, tidy and quality workmanship are what struck me the most and any extras were explained fully and priced competitively. We would 100% use procure again if needed, well done👍

I honestly can't say enough good things about this company's professionalism, customer care, workmanship and after care which has been impeccable start to finish especially it has to be said by their staff member Callum who carried out the initial survey then also project managed the whole works on site and carried out the bulk of it to a high standard including organising the additional guttering work and team we needed to have do some work separately. Communication was incredible throughout and he really went above and beyond including to work longer hours to accommodate extra work that wasn't originally understood to be necessary and to do so managing to knock a whole day off the schedule and still complete everything. I would thoroughly recommend this company and their services, I can't speak about cost as it was the landlord who footed the bill for the work but from what I can see it was worth every penny! 5 stars from us 👍
