This survey is designed for clients who require a clear quotation for specific damp issues they are already aware of. The assessment focuses on the visibly affected areas and includes basic moisture checks and an evaluation of the likely cause of dampness. Following the visit, we provide an assessment summary report of our findings and a written quotation outlining recommended remedial works. This survey is ideal where the problem appears isolated or straightforward and a full diagnostic report is not required.
Full Property Damp & Timber Diagnostic Survey
£350.00 ex VAT
The Full Property Damp & Timber Diagnostic Survey is intended for complex, persistent, or high-risk damp issues, including properties showing signs of timber decay. In addition to a full damp assessment, this survey investigates timber elements for risks associated with wet rot, dry rot, and long-term moisture exposure. Advanced diagnostic methods may be used to identify hidden moisture sources, cold bridging, or structural vulnerability. A detailed written report is provided, suitable for landlords, investors, or situations where previous treatments have failed.
Full Property Damp Diagnostic Survey
£250.00 ex VAT
Our Full Property Damp Diagnostic Survey provides a comprehensive inspection of the entire property, both internally and externally, to accurately identify all forms of dampness present. This includes rising damp, penetrating damp, and condensation-related issues, supported by moisture profiling, indoor air quality testing, thermography, salt analysis testing and environmental observations. You will receive a written diagnostic summary report explaining the causes of damp, the areas affected, and clear remedial recommendations, giving you confidence that the correct solution is being proposed before any works are undertaken.
Mould Assessment & Inspection
£95.00 ex VAT
Our Mould Assessment & Investigation is a cause-focused survey, designed to identify why mould growth is occurring and how to prevent it permanently. The assessment considers moisture levels, ventilation performance, condensation risk, cold bridging, and building fabric conditions that contribute to mould formation. Where required, photographic evidence and environmental readings are recorded to support the findings. You will receive a clear explanation of the underlying causes, along with tailored recommendations for remediation and long-term mould prevention, rather than temporary surface treatments.
